Lusterous Carnelian stone beads atop decorated brass accent beads. The Czech glass beads are clear with an art deco inspired pattern etched into the top and bottom. Components are brass. Approximtely 2 1/2 inches in length. Upon request at no additional charge, these earrings could be made shorter by using a different ear wire style. Carnelian is a natural stone and color will vary. Gold can be cleaned with soapy water and a soft bristle toothbrush. Silver jewelry should be cleaned with a polishing cloth. Cloths can be found on Amazon for roughly $5.00. I use a polishing cloth on all my jewelry regardless of metal type or stone, etc. Do not use any kind of liquid jewelry cleaning solution on your jewelry. Liquid cleaners are not suitable for many types of stones and metals. It is better to be safe than sorry. To avoid tangles and other possible damage to your jewelry, please consider storage in or on some kind of jewelry storage device (like a jewelry tree) or in a box with individual compartments. Additionally, silver is best stored in some kind of box or bag with an anti-tarninshing agent, to slow down the tarnishing.
